Hiiiii, I’m Kelly and I use the pronouns she/her. As a purpose-driven, creative person, becoming a yoga instructor was one of the most organic roles I have ever stepped into. I’m a 200 hour certified yoga instructor based in the Philly suburbs who trained at The Well Studio with Marissa Nash, Jacq Griffith, and Anthony Chavez. Additionally, I completed a Trauma-Informed Yoga Training with Ashley Turner and a Trauma-Informed Yoga Certification Course with Zabie Yamasaki.
As an instructor, I strive to create a caring environment for all people that is empowering, nourishing, and authentic with fluid movement and carefully crafted music (with my elder emo touch). I aim to provide a class that allows students to listen to what their body craves by providing variations in poses and allowing them to flow to their own breath. Each day, every student is showing up a little differently and it’s important to me to create a space that fosters their individual experience while guiding them through sweaty, supportive movement.
Off the mat, you’ll find me hiking and exploring nature with my husband, our daughter Penelope, and our dog or cozy on the couch with one of our cats and a good book (likely a psychological thriller).
